data-mm-id=”_9pox2uw62″>Bomani Jones went on The Will Cain Show on ESPN Radio and it was quite a ride. It's Cain's final week at ESPN and Jones called into his show and the two had a spirited back-and-forth that bordered on contentious, though it did remain mostly civil. First, a little background: earlier in the day, Cain went on First Take and discussed the fallout for NASCAR from the Bubba Wallace garage/"noose" incident. He argued that NASCAR and the media had motivations other than the truth and instead were advancing an agenda and a brand. He further discussed the backlash both Wallace and NASCAR could face from this: "I cannot give NASCAR any credit. I think NASCAR deserves a massive indictment."@willcain believes NASCAR and the media reacted too quickly to reports of a noose found in Bubba Wallace’s garage stall. pic.twitter.com/iQ0O8RDMKo— First Take (@FirstTake) June 24, 2020That appearance came after Cain had tweeted a thread earlier accusing both NASCAR and the media of sowing division and not caring about the truth:NASCAR didn’t care about the truth.Almost everyone in the media didn’t care about the truth.Curiosity, questions, and the search for the truth were dismissed as contrarian at best, racist at worst.Media is broken. Society is broken.— Will Cain (@willcain) June 23, 2020Despite the contentious nature of the segment, Cain's ESPN colleagues wished him well as it was his last appearance on the show before he heads to Fox News. Soon after the segment aired, Jones tweeted this:i'm gonna break a rule i imposed upon myself and do a little radio with @willcain at 5:15. i got a question for him. https://t.co/QSKhaEb4lJ— bomani (@bomani_jones) June 24, 2020What follows is the segment where Jones went on Cain's show:Cain thinks NASCAR screwing up the "noose" incident at Talladega this weekend was an impediment to race relations in this country. Jones clearly disagrees and lays out why in a thoughtful manner. While many on Twitter were claiming this was some sort of fight between the two, I actually thought it was a fairly civil discussion. Yes, Jones made his points forcefully and occasionally talked over the host, but it never devolved into a screaming match or name-calling. This wasn't a radio fight. Still, Jones definitely made his point and took Cain to task for his stance on the incident and race relations in general.

Wales will be provided a stern test against captain Ibrahimovic, who is reportedly set to join Manchester United on a free transfer as he prepares to lead Sweden at Euro 2016.

City have already lifted back-to-back EFL Cups and Sterling was on hand to score the decisive penalty in February s shoot-out triumph over Chelsea at Wembley, where he returned the following month to net a hat-trick in England s 5-0 Euro 2020 qualifying demolition of the Czech Republic.

Newcastle United star Hatem Ben Arfa said he would be open to a move to Ligue 1 giants Paris Saint-Germain.
The attacking midfielder joined Newcastle from French outfit Marseille on a four-and-a-half year deal in 2011, having initially linked up with the club on loan.
Ben Arfa has quickly established himself as one of the most talented players in English football but the 25-year-old, who is currently in France as he recovers from a hamstring injury, says a return to his native country would be an opportunity too difficult to pass up.
Signing for PSG is a childhood dream, Ben Arfa told Le Parisien.

The Rennes star limped off just five minutes into the game after finding himself on the receiving end of a harsh tackle from Dusan Tadic, and was immediately replaced by Alou Diarra.
M Vila was in tears as he sat on the substitutes bench before heading back into the dressing room as his participation for the European Championship is in doubt.
His chances of making the match squad for next week s friendly against Estonia look slim, but an accurate estimation of his recovery time will only be given after he undergoes extensive tests.

Leicester are the only Premier League club yet to make a new signing with less than a week to go before the start of the season.
With finances said to be tight at the King Power Stadium, a number of key players appear to be of interest to rival clubs.
Chelsea are reportedly considering a move for centre-back Fofana, having lost Antonio Rudiger to Real Madrid and Andreas Christensen to Barcelona while missing out on top targets Matthijs de Ligt to Bayern Munich and Jules Kounde also to Barca.
Reports suggest Leicester would only countenance the sale of one of Fofana or Maddison, and Rodgers ruled out the po…
Cristiano Ronaldo s first Champions League goals against Barcelona helped Juventus to a stunning 3-0 away win to top Group G.
The Bianconeri had lost 2-0 in Turin in the reverse fixture as an absent Ronaldo recovered from coronavirus, meaning they would have to improbably better that result at Camp Nou to leapfrog their hosts.
But Barca s recent defensive woes continued on Tuesday and two Ronaldo penalties one contentious, the other routine and a Weston McKennie volley carried Juve to a deserved victory.
Ronaldo had not previously netted in five European matches against the Blaugrana yet delighted in piling further pressure on under-fire home coach Ronald Koeman, whose side are ninth in LaLiga.
